Store-bought products vary in strength, fit, and directions. Following the product instructions matters, and results may be more gradual or limited.
What whitening cannot change
Crowns, veneers, and tooth-colored fillings generally do not lighten like natural tooth structure. Existing sensitivity and oral-health concerns should also be considered before whitening.
